Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details, which we need to fulfil your order.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, MasterCard, Switch and Connect.
We will be happy to quote in non-stirling prices for items - please email us for details.

Delivery worldwide is FREE OF CHARGE!
Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to fulfil orders within seven working days. For overseas orders we advise 14 days. If the order is available and required urgently, we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available, we will advise you by e-mail.
Back orders
All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery.
Tax Charges
The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people, regardless of their country of purchase.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card transactions are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption and transferring using SSL encrypted technology. They are only decrypted after they have reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Returns Policy
You may return goods if you are not happy with them within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and are in the original condition and packaging. We will either refund your card or exchange the product if desired.
The cost of returning goods will be borne by the customer except for cases of manufacturing faults or picking and despatch errors. In these case, costs will be borne by Riva Shoes.
Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of dispatch in its original 'unworn condition' and we will refund the product price. This will not include postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If, when you return goods, you request a replacement pair - i.e. different size or colour - we will endeavour to dispatch this by return, subject to availability.

Your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and any suggestions that might improve our service will be examined in great detail. Riva Shoes Ltd. will endeavour to respond to any form of complaint within five working days from receiving correspondence.
